We have now enabled an Alpha-Numeric Sender ID Feature for the Cloud and Decentralized version, where you can change the sender info that appears in the recipient's phone to alpha-numeric, like 888-Pizza or just Pizza, or just 888 and more.

To enable this feature in the decentralized version, follow the steps below:

TUTORIAL STEPS:
1: Visit Settings underneath your profile name in your account
2: Click on Broadcast From Phone and add a default number you want users to see.
3: Click on Messages on the left Navigation Panel
4: Click on Send Single SMS, MMS, OTP OR Send Bulk SMS, MMS, OTP
5: Now you would have access to the Alpha-Numeric Sender ID Feature and can use it like 888-Pizza or just Pizza, or just 888 or just 1111111111 and more.

For the Decentralized Version, in order to use the Alpha-numeric Sender ID Feature, SMPP is required, i.e our Twilio Gateway.
