The Cloud Version is for those who want a 100% out-of-the-box solution with centralization by SMS-iT. This is why it does not have unlimited messaging.
The Decentralized version is for those who want to reduce costs by contributing to the technology, to make it 100% out-of-the-box using the power of decentralization.
The Cloud Version is more like renting a server, and the decentralized version is more like having your own in-house server.
The main differences between the Decentralized Version and The Cloud Version are:
1) Unlimited Messaging.
2) Gateways:
A) You can use your Simcard with the Decentralized Version

C) In-built Twilio Gateway

The SMS-iT Cloud Version does not need a Sim Card or SMPP or a Gateway. You just receive a FREE Local or Toll-Free number, and you can start sending messages instantly.
You can also buy additional numbers.
With the Cloud Version, your sub-accounts can buy numbers directly from the platform.
The Cloud Version does not have a Gateway, and it is not decentralized, nor does it have Unlimited Messaging.
