Is this Workflow plan possible?:
1. Create personalized videos (BHuman)
2. Store:
- Video links in CSV/DB with contact info, or
- Video files directly in DB
3. Use SMS-IT CRM to send:
- Bulk SMS with text + video (video link or if possible the actual video to show up when opening the message) to each contact
- Using stored contact details

Questions:
- Can SMS-IT CRM send video files (best) or links?
- Does it support bulk personalized messaging from CSV/DB, or uploaded in the SMS-IT CRM?
- Best practice for video storage/linking?

Seeking confirmation if this workflow is supported and setup guidance.
