Q: Are you still in business?
Because validation runs are failing, you've never posted on social, and I can see no way of asking for support via the member website.

Our support channels are the same: the live chat tab on the bottom right of the screen, and our email: support@smtping.com, did you try reaching out on one of those?
Regarding the validation runs: the only case when they are failing is that when the file formatting contains some errors (e.g: CSV file containing both comma and semi comma with quotations), except that, we monitor every single validated file, and as explained, rare are the files which fail to validate.

Thanks for your response. However, there is no chat widget, not now, and not when I had the problem. And there is no location on the site while logged in that provides documentation or a link to your support email.
I don't think so, the chat tab is there for more than 3 years now (bottom right of the screen), it never changed, and we receive regular and different daily requests via the chat tab as well.
You can also check the page smtping.com/contact and the FAQ inside the dashboard.
