de and gmx.de appear to always be marked as invalid despite these email addresses existing. I've reached out to support regarding this issue but not received a reply. Should I initiate the refund?

Answering your question: sometimes the results could reflect some full inbox results, this is the only explanation for now regarding this. We have tested internally some web.de and gmx.de emails, and the email result code seem to be correct.
