A: It looks like some context is missing, so we’re unable to identify exactly what’s causing the issue. It could be due to several factors.
The best way to resolve this is to contact our support team directly, either via the live chat on our website or by email at hello@snackeet.com. That way, we can better understand your setup and assist you more effectively.
Q: Hope the launch goes well again for this truly awesome versatile product. Some questions-
1) The floating widget is great, but can you consider bumping up the inner character limit to at least 35? Would allow me to convey some key info so more people will click on the widget.
2) Would be great if a team member can be given access to only certain stories within a workspace. This way they don't have the ability to delete/modify other stories in that workspace, which may be created for other clients. So much easier to organize multiple stories in the same workspace, with it's folder and other filters.
3) There's a lot of improvements the team makes that I don't notice. Please consider a changelog so we see new features as they're implemented.
4) It used to be we could animate the entire page within a story. It kept users engaged when going from page to page. Hope that can be brought back.
Back in 2022, a couple of people asked about Konnectzit integration. In one instance it was mentioned that Konnectzit could be used with webhooks. In both instances it was mentioned that it would be looked into.
Konnectzit was on offer here on AppSumo, and a good number of us purchased it. I'd like to be able to use Konnectzit with your tool without having to use webhooks.
As of April 2025, have you all integrated Konnectzit into your platform, so that we can use it just as we are able to use Zapier?
I'm totaally fine with a yes or no answer. No need to explain one way or the other. I do understand that your time is valuable, and thank you for offering your product here on AppSumo.
As of now, Konnectzit is not natively integrated. However, you should be able to connect it via webhooks.
That said, for a full native integration, the Konnectzit team would need to build it on their side using our webhook capabilities. We recommend submitting a request directly to them if you'd like to see this happen.
I hadn't, but I bookmarked it for later. Thanks so much for sharing.
Q: Can we export the "Google Webstories" created in Snackeet?
If we want to host the "Google Webstories" created in Snackeet, in our own server, is there a way to export it? Since the number of views are limited in your plans (like tier 3, 100k views) we want to use Snackeet to create "Google web stories" and use our own hosting to host it. Thanks.
A: Exporting Google Web Stories for self-hosting is not supported. Snackeet only offers hosted web stories, which means the stories are served from our platform.
However, you can connect your own custom domain (CNAME) so the stories appear to be hosted on your domain, even though they're still served by Snackeet.
I wanted to confirm the Shopify app situation as many deals in the past have run into issues granting Appsumo/LTD users access to the Shopify app.
You replied to another comment initially said yes the shopify app is included... however... you then followed up with the comment that we'll "be able to manually connect your Shopify store".
So which is answer is true? Will we be able to connect using the native Shopify app or will we have to use a manual connection process? The problem I have is that often certain features don't work as well if you are not able to use the native Shopify app connection (or some features will be missing all together).
A: If you purchase the AppSumo LTD deal, you won’t be able to install the native Shopify app directly from the Shopify App Store. Instead, there is a manual connection process that allows you to connect your Shopify store and use key features like accessing product listings and enabling add-to-cart functionality.
If you prefer to use the official Shopify app with full native integration, that option is available — but it would require a monthly subscription through our public pricing plans.
Q: "Login to connect with Shopify" isnt working. Please take a look at it.
It shows these two error messages when I try to login:
Invalid credentials
Your credentials are invalid.
Switch to Login Page to perform integration with Shopify in another way
