If I understand your question properly, yes you can add a field to collect your respondent’s email, student_id, or else. It also depends on how you share it.

For instance, if you sent them an email, you can add dynamic variables in the link if your email campaign provider allows it.
For example, snkt.io/quiz/?name={{value_that_will_be _replaced_automatically)
