Q: Hey!
I need some clarification...
1. What exactly is classed as a response? Each interaction (view with partial interaction) or some kind of submission or visiting the last part of the story (completion/viewing it all)? Does 1000 responses mean 1000 visits (views) of one story OR is it only used to count lead or form submission collections?
2. Is this going to become a Google Web Stories creator or should I go elsewhere to invest in Google stories creator?
3. Depending on your answer to Q1, I will consider what is it worth, but I am ready to ask if you're going to review your limits and open up to at least unlimited interactions (if not submissions).
4. Google has released quite good WP plugin to easily create Web Stories, this market gets competitive by nature. How are you going to sustain yourselves in it, do you have a good understanding of your current competitors in this area? How are you going to differentiate yourselves and attract paying customers (secure your income)? Hopefully in some other way than introducing paid monthly upgrades to your LTD customers...
Thanks!

Thanks for your questions, here are my answers :
1. What exactly is classed as a response?
A response is counted after a user clicks on the 'START' button on the first page of the story or reaches at least the second page. So action is required from the user.
2. Is this going to become a Google Web Stories creator or should I go elsewhere to invest in Google stories creator?
We have the basis to do it, and it could be a logical evolution for us. However, we cannot communicate on any release date.
3. Depending on your answer to Q1, I will consider what is it worth, but I am ready to ask if you're going to review your limits and open up to at least unlimited interactions
Done ✅🚀

The Market is large, Google Web Stories don’t answer all use-cases and ye we know our competitors 🙂 We have different business models and LTD is a way to make our tool accessible to more people et identify more use-cases.

On our limits, we have adjusted them :
Tier 1 : 5k responses / month
Tier 2 : 25k responses / month
Tier 3 : 100k responses / month
Tier 4: Unlimited responses/month
