1. Is there an option to view full-screen stories like on Instagram or Facebook?

When using the widget, you can activate this option. Another way to do it is to open it in an iframe in a popup window.

We have also a Story Widget Banner expected in the roadmap that will facilitate opening one or several full-screen stories.

2. Can there be an option so when the story button or image is pressed, stories come up full screen like with Instagram and Facebook?

Whenever a Snackeet Widget is embedded on your website, you have access to commands to automatically trigger actions linked to an element of your website. Fullscreen is an opening option :
