Q: Plan Mapping
HI!
Checking your site, the Scale plan has some features missing from the AS deal.
Would you be mapping the top tier to the Elite plan or it's still scale even if limits are lower in theory than your "elite" plan?

These features are not part of the appsumo deal, and this way we're locked out-
-Custom subtitles
-Temporary email checker
-Post form Emails
-Graphs export
You also show the Elite plan as the "most popular"
Hope you can elaborate on this as it can be a deal breaker!
In the features list the both plans have the IG connector, but scrolling down it's not marked:

Why not map sumo-lings at least from T-3 and T-4 to the elite plan so we will have access to new features in those plan too?

To clarify: AppSumo tiers are based on our Scale plan but with higher limits. Some features from the Elite plan—like the Instagram connector or Subttitle generation or Post form Emails are included starting from Tier 3, even though they’re not part of the regular Scale plan.
✅ Graphs export is also included in the AppSumo deal.
❌ Features like custom subtitles, temporary email checker, and post-form emails are currently not included in the AppSumo tiers.
We understand the comparison with the Elite plan, which is our most feature-rich and evolving offer. For now, we haven’t changed the feature mapping between tiers.
If the AppSumo deal fits your needs, we’d be thrilled to welcome you as an LTD user. And of course, if you’re looking for access to more advanced, you’re also welcome to join as a standard customer on one of our public plans.
