Q: I have just enrolled to the pro plan - can’t get my Vimeo video to upload
I am unable to upload my Vimeo video to Snapcut ; I am cutting and pasting from my Vimeo channel , but a notification “ URL not supported “. ; I note that Vimeo is supported so I am not sure why I am getting this notification ; naturally I can’t get the video to upload and can’t use the app at all ; can you advise what is the solution ? Not very impressed ;
We apologize for the inconvenience. However, we just tried internally and Vimeo links work perfectly fine.

Q: Of the 15 Video Shorts that it has automatically created for me, there are 6 that I don't like.
6. And now of the 15 Video Shorts that it has automatically created for me, there are 6 that I don't like. Can I create new videos? And if I can create new videos, are they deducted from my available minutes or are they no longer deducted and can I create more videos until I like them all? I ask that because I haven't seen if more videos can be created once the main video has been uploaded.
Once this is clarified and resolved, I will see if I then buy level 3.

Congratulations on this APP. But I have some points to mention that I don't like or are missing. It lacks logical utility that a user would do in real life when it comes to video marketing. Below I comment on some points. Which I consider logical in an APP like this.
1. Videos created cannot be shortened when there is an unwanted end or beginning of several seconds in the video. Because I have seen videos where I would have to make those arrangements and their APP does not allow me to do so. Could you add the possibility of shortening the videos?
2. B-Roll cannot upload images or videos of my product. It is an unprofessional limitation, since many times we want to show our product when we talk about our product.
