How do I add a title at the beginning of my video clip?

Question

I want to add text, both a title at the beginning and on-screen CTA at the end. Right now it seems I need to download my video and still add those using CapCut.

Another question - when I upload a landscape video, with an image but then clip it to portrait, it cuts off my image (a graph in this example). Is there a way to reframe only that part of the video so the whole graph shows (even if the top/bottom is just black)?

Do you have a timeline to allow more robust video editing?

There is no reply to the first part of this message : how to add text at the beginning and end of clip ?  I have the same question and would be grateful if you can cover this ?  Many thanks
