Video processing is extremely slow
Video processing is extremely slow, unable to handle long videos, and sometimes fails to process MP4 format videos. I should have saved time using this tool, but instead it made me waste more time: I had to trim longer videos into shorter segments before uploading due to very limited upload capacity.
Moreover, support is practically non-existent, with just a mindless chatbot on their homepage that never responds.

1. Video processing speed
Snapcut currently experiences a huge amount of traffic and usage, so there might be some delay in the speed of processing. We are committed to continuously optimizing to ensure a smoother experience for every user. Could we understand better how long your video was and how long it took you to process it?
2. Video format
- We support up to 4-hour-long videos and 2GB per video upload
- Fail to process MP4 format: This is the first time we have received a bug report on this matter. Could you please share with us what exactly the error message was?
3. Support
We try to reply to every support ticket, comment and feedback. We apologize for not replying to you as soon as you expect. We will improve this in the future.
