Q: Almost only black results or processing errors...😠

I have signed up for the Tier 3 plan.

But since I activated the software and tried to work with different images, I either get the message ‘Sorry, there was an error on our end.... Try again later’, or I only get a black image as output.

In both cases, however, the coins have also been reduced?

What can I do to get satisfactory results?

I have also activated the API plan. It looks like I can't use the credits for it. Instead of 19,000 credits, the API plan only shows 10... Too bad
