Q: Is access to the app not included in this purchase?
I have purchased tier 3 and downloaded the iPhone app, but I am on a free account even though I am logged in, so I cannot use the pro features. Is access to the app not included in this purchase?

I've logged in and out, deleted the app and installed it again, but I can't access the Pro version.
