Q: Mobile Pro Not Working
Good afternoon. I saw the post saying that the mobile Pro access has been fixed. I tried accessing the credits and the pro version on the mobile app but have not been able to use it yet. I tried logging out and logging back in and it still is not showing up. I appreciate your help with getting this working.

Do we all need to request a refund for you to take action? Why is it so difficult to resolve something you already sold but fail to address?

They just released a new version of the app, just update
I also want to know how to get the Pro feature in the Apps. It is still unavailable.
After the update, I still have the advertising and I can't use the Pro feature in the Apps.
I use iPhone and have updated to the latest version of SnapEdit on the AppStore, logged out and in again and now I am a pro user
It’s working for me now! With the last update I reinstalled the app and it is coming through now. Thank you for the change 😊
