SnapEdit has been praised by customers for its efficient AI functionality, seamless upscaling, and impressive background removal. However, some users have experienced login and mobile app integration issues, and a few have reported occasional error messages. Despite these minor drawbacks, SnapEdit's overall performance and results make it a solid buy, especially with the 60-day money-back guarantee.

Really doing the job
Yes its true. Getting the access to the mobile app was a pain in the ass. But since then I never had any issue with the apps. It does a good job at everything I’m doing. Would like to have the option to not create a new image each time a modify it (maybe there’s an option I didn’t see), it would be good to have the option between destructive and non-destructive options.
Really good deal I’m glad I stayed through the rough start.

Clunky interface
I agree with the other reviewers that the interface is not user friendly. I actually lost the photo at one point going back and forth through the different pages for the tools. It did really work to clear a face in a blurry photo but did nothing for the hair. I purchased the lowest tier so did not get access to all of the tools though. I did not need it for bulk editing so did not test that feature. But for what I wanted it is not the right tool for me.

The best AI tool for retouching images
Delighted with this tool, super useful, super practical, and it has reached much more functional details than other tools. It has a web version and a mobile version, delighted, the best purchase I have made in this type of software.

Very Disappointing
Disappointing Experience with SnapEdit
I bought Tier 1 and installed the Android app and logged in with an active email address, and they asked me to pay. On the desktop device, it works fine.
Its almost all basic image enhancement, and I feel its overcharged.
One of the major concerns I have is that future updates are not included in the initial purchase. As we saw earlier, some of the app founders use this loophole to forcefully upgrade to a newer version by paying again.
In my experience, SnapEdit is a basic with a half-baked interface that needs a lot of improvements. If SnapEdit can't bring any wow feature other than these basic features, Its not worth at all.
