If you’re a mobile user, I strongly suggest that you think twice before investing in this app. I purchased a lifetime subscription under the impression that I would have access to all the features, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. The app does not recognize my pro status, and instead, I’m inundated with ads and pop-ups urging me to upgrade to the pro version. This is frustrating, especially considering that everything appears to work just fine on their website.

I reached out to the creator for assistance, and they informed me that the issue stems from the fact that they haven't yet implemented the linking of credits usage for the mobile app. But here's the kicker—having a pro subscription should mean no ads at all, regardless of credits. I'm still bombarded with ads, which makes it feel like I can't fully utilize the pro features I paid for.

Even more frustrating is the response time from the support team. Despite my attempts to communicate with them promptly, I often find myself waiting for hours for a reply. I’ve been patient, but it seems like they are dragging their feet on this issue. It’s particularly concerning because the creators have the ability to adjust my account manually. Why can’t they just activate the pro plan for me instead of leaving me hanging? It feels utterly ridiculous to be in this situation.

I’ve made it clear that I will gladly update my review to reflect a better experience once they provide a viable solution. However, if I still haven't received any resolution by December, I plan to seek a refund from AppSumo on December 27th or 28th. The creators made claims that the pro version would be fully unlocked for mobile users, which, at this point, appears to be misleading.

For now, I’m giving this app a rating of 1 out of 5. I sincerely hope they can resolve these issues soon. Peace!
