Q: I can't purchase this again after having refunded due to using the wrong email to activate and being unable to change it.

I can't reach App sumo support, and the deal ends soon. Can you reserve a single license for me? I have enough credits to purchase but I get an error message when I try to purchase. I've tried logging out. Forgive m putting a support question here but I don't know what else to do.

register another acc
then get it changed to your main email later with sniply support theyre good to help i have an email if need

Hi Mario,
Thanks for your reply. I'm still not getting through to AS, and live chat does not appear to be accessible at the moment, but glad they extended the offer for PLus members so I hope I can get this sorted before it expires.
The problem is, their system won't even let me add Sniply to my cart since I refunded my original purchase.
I should have kept that purchase and simply contacted you!
