Can't use my account no response from customer service. Basically, stole $1

I bought the tier 2 deal. It worked fine when I first bought it but, after some updates that they implemented I don't have the ability to use the product. It is telling me that I need to purchase a plan. Even though when I look in my account it says that I have the lifetime AppSumo deal. I normally don't drop single taco bombs. I understand that there can be glitches. But....

I have contacted customer service multiple times, and no one has responded. They basically stole $140 from me.

Hi there,

I apologize for the negative experience. We noticed that some AppSumo users got their licenses reset and we worked with each user who approached us and restored the licenses.

Sadly, some users reached out via the ticketing system from their dashboards, which was misconfigured once we rolled out this new Sniply, and their tickets were never given a ticket number (even though the confirmation email was sent out) and thus never reached us.

If this still hasn't been resolved for you, please reach out directly at team@snip.ly or via the ticketing system (it has been fixed meanwhile) and we will be more than happy to restore your license.
