Disappointed
I couldn't able to create any snips, looks like they have downgraded my account to free plan and no response from their support team.

I apologize for the negative experience. We noticed that some AppSumo users got their licenses reset and we worked with each user who approached us and restored the licenses.
Sadly, some users reached out via the ticketing system from their dashboards, which was misconfigured once we rolled out this new Sniply, and their tickets were never given a ticket number (even though the confirmation email was sent out) and thus never reached us.
If this still hasn't been resolved for you, please reach out directly at team@snip.ly or via the ticketing system (it has been fixed meanwhile) and we will be more than happy to restore your license.
