I was skeptical at first, but I soon realized the incredible value of Snip.ly (that was right in front of my face in the AppSumo description, but I didn't pay attention to it for some reason): external links drive traffic away from your site. Sniply retargets users/customers/subscribers/traffic right back to you.

I've had a great time adding CTA's to my website and social media links to our sponsorship profiles, articles, and other content we've contributed to build our backlinks and SEO strategy.

It's cool that you can add an email signup CTA, too, even though we haven't used it yet.

Now, I will caution that you'll probably want to be careful not to use Snip.ly where you do want to purposefully create a true backlink on your website or social media, strictly for someone else's SEO benefit.

Overall, really cool, pretty decently easy to use (a little confusing at first, but you'll pick up the Brand > Custom CTA > all variations of short links under that Custom CTA design, hierarchy pretty quickly).

They have the ability to add custom tags which is great. I hope that they will consider adding custom CSS, or at least just Google Fonts for deeper branding, but I'm really, really happy with the product as it is. Being able to choose the colors and toggle the Snip.ly brand on and off is pretty fantastic. (I wish I could put a screenshot in!).
