Currently, I could not find a way in the "Trigger" automation box to detect email replies (currently it only detects email opens and link clicks).

The downfall of that is that we cannot mark a contact as a lead if they reply to an email. I find this a big problem. Is there a way around it? Or is this something that will be added to the Triggers?
