Do you mean personalize like their name, company info, etc?
When you upload the CSV with contacts, you can have several columns with that information in addition to the email.
When you create the email you want to send out, you can add personalization so Snovio will add the name, company, etc specific to each contact where you want it in the email for every email... so like bulk personalization.
