Basically you get something slightly better than the Free plan they offer. I would simply use the free plan and if it's right for you pay the subscription as you will outgrow this deal almost immediately. It's a lot of work creating automated outreach for 100 credits (100 unverified people) per month.
It's also buggy, it send emails out to people you have deleted from your list which is a HUGE issue. Also the stats don't work properly, they are consistently inconsistent so I cannot trust them.
