You had me at 100 credits monthly
Let's be clear - I have no idea how I'm going to use this. I don't currently do cold outreach, but it had been on the to-do list (very low on the list) for some projects next year. I was going to pass on this deal when you factor in that I dont actually understand how I would use this, plus 3k unique email addresses seemed on the low end where it reminds me of a free mailchimp account, and then the deal said the 100 credits were one time.
But I'm addicted to appsumo deals, so I kept coming back to read Q&As and try to figure out how this could work for my business (I'm a fan of automation, for sure), and what credits were even used for, etc.
Then you update that 100 credits were going to now be MONTHLY instead of one-time. That had me sitting up and trying to figure out - okay, maybe this could be a pretty good deal if I just figure out how I can use this.
I still don't understand how I am going to use this, I am not clear on the tool already in my business that this might replace (it doesnt seem like it's the same as mailchimp, but I don't have any of the competitors listed when I search for Snov.io either) but I'm always on board when a team actively listens to sumolings. A company that quickly adapts to their customer base needs, that sounds like a company I want to do business with and support.
I still feel that 3k emails is a bit low, I was looking for stacking option on this deal for the past week and was a bit disappointed it didnt show up, but updating this deal to include 100 monthly credits was enough for me to take a chance on an impulse buy and see how I can add this into my business.
Next thing I'm going to be searching for is documentation / knowledgebase. So hopefully there are some case use examples that will give me a better idea of how I can implement Snov.io.
Five tacos for user interface, great support, responsive team, and a deal that was made better based on feedback. The 100 credits monthly sold me on this, ultimately. If it turns out I can't use the automation for some reason, I might keep it just for the recurring monthly credits.
