The UI is not intuitive at all. It took ages to redeem until the refund term was up, so it felt like they were trying to delay on purpose... I'd rather use Asana any day and I'm NOT a fan of Asana...

I was looking for quite some time to a convenient solution to keep track of our team's meeting minutes, task delegation and progress. Soapbox is a great tool to do that. We have been using it for a month now without any hustle or problem. Bye-bye to the times I need to keep meeting notes, then transfer them to minutes and then distribute them to the team.

It is in appealing idea to be able to take deeper charge of meeting agendas, agree on action items and being able to follow up on projects/processes over time. The ux of Soapbox is easy and understandable.
My immediate assessment was that I don't need another system to cover up for the flaws of my existing ones. So I will need to give this a try over some time to understand whether it can add value to my team management.
I introduced it to our team because it was a pain in the ass to follow up on our Google Doc meeting protocols and to keep an overview on what we agreed upon and what needs to be done.
Soapbox brings some nice and handy features like integration with Google so you can see the agenda in your Google calendar and I love that topics come back to the agenda each meeting until they are resolved. I'm looking forward to Zapier integration, so I can export my tasks directly into Asana.

A very responsive support team with flexible options after 1 year! After 1 year I'll end up in a lower-priced plan as I don't see myself with 10 users. everything is a negotiation. First-year for free is an absolute steal and I think anyone outsourcing or that needs to qualify future team associates could greatly benefit from SoapBox.
My plan is to use it as a light project management tool instead of for meetings, mostly. It can be used for both in my opinion. Excellent support team through chat and great terms set from the start. Value deal that I'll personal use with my team and future associates!
