Q: From the screenshots Samdock seems to be very sales oriented.
I need a CRM to manage existing clients and keep a history when someone talked to a client with notes and so on. Can Samdock be customized in this regard to disable the sales pipeline features?

Thanks, for your message. Samdock is not just a Sales tool but an excellent CRM system for managing Deals, leads and most importantly your contacts. For each client (organization or individual) you have an activity log. You can use this to track all previous conversation, deals, files, notes and even changes which were made to this contact. This is especially useful if a new colleague in your team starts managing the contact. In this case he or she has everything there is to know about the Client in one place. You can also use various filters and sort your contacts according to standard or customized criteria/filters which you can make yourself if needed. Please also keep in mind that the pipelines are not only meant to be used for the Sales process. They can be used to organize any process or workflow in your company.
