For example - my 1 FB account have 12 pages and another account have 16 pages
so how many pages I can add to social champ?

I am trying to ask, if I took your License Tier 1 plan, then
I have a total of 27 FB pages in my accounts. If I took your License Tier 1 plan then I can only a 25 social media profile.
so your software treats a FB page as a profile or as a page?
Because if it treats the FB page like social media profile then, I am not able to add my all pages from 2 accounts Asso Then I am not able to add any other social media accounts, tier 1plan.
So, you mean each Facebook page is using one social profile? Is that the same for Pinterest - so one board is using one social profile

You are right. If you have 27 FB pages, Tier 1 won't do for you.
On Tier 1, you'll only be able to add 25 socials. (In your case, FB Pages)
