Good Until We Needed Support. Then Crickets.
I liked that they supposedly directly connect with all the major social media platforms, including Pinterest. The deal here was really good as well. The UI is not as easy to navigate as the best tools in the space, such as eClincher and Sendible.
We were unable to figure out how to group social profiles to individual clients. This should not be confusing. But it was and we are dead in the water until we could get some help.
Now 48 hours later, still no answer from their chat support. They were great at answering pre-sale questions, but now, it has become a very disappointing experience. We have been unable to use the tool thus far. :(
