This is my 5th try at a social media management tool and I can now say that I found the best fit with Social Champ - done and done! During the week I am very busy in clinic so my "hobby" of promoting health and cancer advocacy has limited time. We hired others to do for us, but that fell through. It was challenging to have someone do postings for us (we tried a few), because the cancer language and vocabulary is very difficult, so I find myself doing a lot of correction ... I mean a lot! Since I'm the more IT savvy one (uuhmm), as the president and co-founder of q4cd, it was my task to find a social media management tool. Outright purchase a few proclaimed great SMM platform (waste of time, money & it was frustrating) there was always something missing (limited number of accounts, no twitter, or no direct posing to IG, no.. something or the other) and then I discovered App-sumo (another great discovery).

What do I like about social champ?
1. CANVA! I emailed them about canva and they responded promptly... already working on the integration and within a couple of days, BAM canva was there. Some of the other socialmedia management platform has it where you have to log into canva EACH and EVERY time. In social champ is just a simple click. I also like that I can work on a new Canva post on the fly, or import from general folders with posts that other Docs on the team completed
2. Easy to manage several accounts and within 2 hours, we can schedule 3+ weeks of posts... awesome!
3. THE VERY BEST of it all (well so far, still working on learning all aspects of the platform)... drum roll please - TOPIC SUGGESTIONS!!! (in my best Oprah Winfrey excited voice). The hottest topic about doctors during COVID is focused on "physician burn-out" and when I typed that in, 30 suggestions from AWESOME articles, not just the US, but other countries as well, popped up. I can then click on any of them to make a post - awesome for twitter and LI. Just add a quick pic from canva and done. Will see how it works on my personal IG account. Will have to do a push though (which they have an app for that) due to IG regs - no problem.

Upcoming?
- I'm looking forward to having access to Engage so that I may reply to our social media comments in one place (no need to switch to all those accounts). Hoping they will have highlights on any comments not answered, or missed
- Unsure, but if Suggestion can pull in news worthy videos from local TV stations that would make a great clips (asking too much? dunno;)
- I'm sure they are working on many other things, but for now, I am a very happy camper! Excited to learn more and see what else Social Champ can do...

I'm a busy bee, but my time spent giving this review is well worth it, because never thought I would find an all in one social media management platform that actually works and is truly "all in one." Great job social champ! You get 10 Tacos from us!
