Hi, guys! Anyone knows that as a new entrepreneur, you're bootstrapping. Even with all the money in the world, cost-effective tools are the way to go. So, I was amped up when I saw this deal and the reviews until I became a user, not just a buyer.
First, there's the desktop challenge. I submitted the same post using both SocialChamp and Hootsuite. Hootsuite posted within minutes. It's a new day, and I still don't have my post on IG from this software. That's disheartening because you trust your software to do what you can't or expand on your limitations.
Secondly, I downloaded the app on the Google Store. My credentials aren't recognized, so it keeps giving me an error instead of letting me sign in. I backed out and confirmed them on the desktop. It still doesn't register me as a user. The straw that broke the camel's back is that I can't post to YouTube, etc., and when I tried to use certain features that are part of all the "business plans," I'm encouraged to upgrade. Can someone please fix these things? You guys have a tool with great potential. Please figure this stuff out, so we can deploy it effectively. Your brand and ours are on the line.

Apologies for facing too many issues.
Whenever a post fails we show them in "Failed Posts" in Queue. A common reason for Instagram post fails is that it's either out of the required aspect ratio or it's been posted in PNG format rather than required JPG. We figured this is a common problem and in the future might auto-convert PNG to JPG form.
However, you should be able to see failed reasons for post in the "Queue."
Also, with respect to your second issue, it's quite weird that the login didn't work out. I remember we were on live chat and it kinda worked for me (using the same password you shared). One of my team members has contacted you a day ago. Let's solve this issue or get on call if needed. :)
