Thanks for investing your time and money in our team. We are working on the Newsletter product and it is in private Beta. There are still a lot of kinks to work out. I don't expect it to be rolled out until late 2020. It is a product that is independent of the social offering.
In terms of one-on-one demo calls, as you can imagine, we have added thousands of users in the last 8 weeks. It is impossible for us to provide that level of service and still maintain our sanity.
