Q: Hi Alen: SocialHP sure looks very interesting, and powerful too esp.
with multiple teams. I know that you have CNAME for SmartLinks but wonder if you support that or will do so with Team URLs. Right now, we may use https://www.socialhp.com/team-name to sign up team members. Are we able to use https://team-name.ourdomain.com? If we could do this (or at least add that to your road map for near future implementation), it would be a tipping point for agencies like myself to sign up for sure. Thanks.

May 14, 2024A: Hi Nameslave,
I think that's something we could potentially provide, depending on the implementation. The biggest problem with whitelabelling a service like ours is that Facebook (Twitter, etc) requires that the domain that request the OAuth handshake and the domain of the site in the API credentials match.
So, long story short, we can provide CNAME access to certain parts of our site (login, etc) but at some point the "jig is up" so to speak, because you have to connect your socials.
If the subdomain is vitally important, feel free to drop me a line in Drift or reach out to the team at: info@socialhp.com and we can talk about options!
Best,
Alen

+1. Would like to see this in the roadmap too.

Just a CNAME for login, sign-up, dashboard & calendar is good enough for me (not complete whitelabel, just a cname).
