I tried very hard to contact the support team, via chat, via email, phone and none of these made any impact on the social horsepower team. I have purchased many products from Appsumo and this product has created a very poor image of this company. I feel they are arrogant and not customer focused company. I have purchased this product and trying to learn on my own. I am 75 years young and am astonished at the attitude. My impression is not going to change. Hope someone can tell this company that to be successful, they should not differentiate who the buyer is.

Your original question was at 8:14am on a Saturday. We responded at 8:38am even though it was the weekend, so I'm not sure what your expectation was there? Seems pretty reasonable to me as a business owner.
