This Software Doesn't Work & Customer Service is Bad

I stacked 5 codes hoping to use this a part of our social media marketing plan. I asked many times why some features are not working and that there were many inconsistencies with the interface. I got treated like I'm clueless newbie as that I never ran social media campaigns before. I have bought many programs like Socialbee, Publbox and Promorepublic. They are helpful and available and seem very respectful and never questions my abilities. But Social HP is a different story.

I asked why its not working the way I want it to and he says that I'm trying to post on my personal account. I have not tried to post on my personal account at all. He just keeps saying that its not working its because of its posting to my personal. Gosh, I just want to work on my Business Facebook pages - that's all.

I really want this software to work. I can live with the bugs and the inconsistencies and I understand that they are swamped with their Appsumo campaign. But they just keep blaming me for these inconsistencies and seem to treat me as though I don't know what Im doing. They don't even try to work with me in trying to fix it.

I would like to give this company a chance. I really want to give them a 5 taco rating. But nothing is working and there are many inconsistencies with the interface. I might refund. I really don't want to.

But I feel that this company will treat me like Im a fool moving forward. I also feel they might not want to make this program run the way I want it to. I wish they would. I want them to make this work. Im holding on for the time being - but so far, I am not impressed with how Im being treated.

Thank you for your review. For your convenience, I'm including the entire 18 page history of your customer support requests.

As far as I can tell, each and every question was handled in a timely and respectful manner by our staff.

At this point in time it does appear that you are having an issue that cannot be reproduced by our engineering team, our QA team and has not been reported by any one of our other 15,000 users.

Additionally, the Screencast you provided does not show any issues.

Unfortunately, at this point it leads me to believe it is user error.

We are always happy to help clear up any issues with the platform and if you're able to reproduce the error you are having, our tech team will immediately address the issue!
