Very disappointing. I'll be requesting a refund. The software SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. I schedule posts in the platform, but they never actually post even though they are set up properly. I've contacted Support and they are unhelpful. One time they said "sorry, our systems were down" but most of the time they just don't respond.
