We have two add-ons that work similarly.

1) Social Auto-Poster posts automatically to Twitter and LinkedIn whenever you publish a new post or page on your site.

Here are some features/options:
- You can connect unlimited Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
- You can choose which post type you want to share (custom post types are supported).
- You can exclude posts/pages by categories/tags/taxonomies.
- You can add additional text that will be added at the before or after of the shared post content.
- You can auto-generate hashtags from categories/tags.

2) Boost Old Posts will pick one of your old posts/pages and share it on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Here are some options:
- Choose how many posts to publish daily.
- Set minimum post age (in days).
- Maximum post age (in days).
- Choose whether to post already shared posts or not.

and then there are similar options to what Auto Poster have.

We have plans to support more networks for these add-ons, but I'm not sure if Facebook is going to be available.

Please note that in order for these add-ons to work, you will need to create Twitter and LinkedIn apps (for which we have well written help articles).
