Does everything except what it suppose to
I brought the plugin in app sumo deal. It worked fine for a week or two and I started seeing the share count drops significantly. the share count is not at all accurate. it is not counting shares after 1 by the same device and the count turns 0 after refreshing the page.
I have approached the team and raised the concern about it (~Feb 18th). they could reproduce the problem but said the fix would be released in the next update. so far nothing happened.
The user account page on the website is a disaster. I could not find the link to check the status of existing tickets. I could not find it either in support page as well. Do I have to raise a ticket to find my existing tickets?
I am not happy with the product at all.
