I have messaged and emailed multiple times and have not received ANY answers. I am posting here as a last resort. I am a little shocked to be honest. This is my last attempt of communication before I looking at getting a refund and leaving a review.

You can directly share and schedule content to Facebook pages & groups, Instagram Business accounts, Twitter accounts, LinkedIn pages & profiles. Google My Business is coming in the next 10-15 days (at the latest) as we have been approved on Friday, YAY!
