A: Hi Jo,

Yes, the 10 channels can be any of the ones we support, and yes, Facebook Groups (that you're an administrator of) are part of this.

And yes, SocialBee does Everything that MeedEdgard does (some would say it does it even better) and more (the GROW & ENGAGE features, plus the option to have concierge services).
