Perfect! Let me jump right into these great questions.

1- How stable, defect-free and reliable SocialBee has been for its customers? On a scale of 1-10.

ANSWER to 1:
We're working on this for over a year and a half, and kept growing our customer base since (our first customer is still with us!), while also growing the feature base and improving the UX.

During the last couple of months we've kept ironing out the small issues, so I'd say we're now at a 9 (on Chrome) and a bit less on the rest of the browsers.

As we do add new features (and as the load on our servers increases) I guess we'll also run into small issues, but our tech team (shout out to Vlad, our CTO) is quick at fixing them.

Our goal is to provide a fast and stable experience that will make you <3 us and rave to your friends :)

2a- Can I replace Planable.io with SocialBee?

ANSWER to 2a:
If collaborating in comments with your colleagues / customers on generating a post is not something that you need, then yes, you can replace Planable with SocialBee.

2b- What's that Planable.io has which SocialBee doesn't and vice-versa?

ANSWER to 2b:
Planable is great for freelancers and agencies that need to work togather to get a post approved. We don't have that yet (even though we do have the possibility to approve/not approve each post - just no comments yet).
We also don't have possibility to help with paid posts, which I think Planable can.

What we do have that Planable don't have is:
1. Evergreen posting (at the core of our product)
2. Category based scheduling
3. Posting on LinkedIn and Facebook personal profiles (they might have added this since)
4. URL shotener (with Bitly and Rebrandly, plus our own short domain)
5. Pocket Integration
6. RSS Integration
7. All sorts of CSV and Link Imports
8. GROW functionalities (they are missing this alltogether)
9. ENGAGE functionalities (they are missing this alltogether)
10. Social Media Bees :-) (these are our extra Concierge services)
... and more, but I'll stop here.

I don't know their product to the letter, so please excuse me if I've missed something that they can actually do.

3- Are all future feature updates to Accelerate Plan included with this deal? The roadmap image mentions these features are included but it doesn't specify that all future features added to Accelerate plan will be included. If you can clarify that'll be great. If it's added to the Sales Copy above (like many other deals in past), that'll be great and make it an advantage for you.

YES - all the features on the roadmap will be part of the Accelerate Lifetime Deal.

4- Twitter - Targeted Direct Messages: Can I create a list of all people who've shared my blog article on Twitter in which a link to my blog and my twitter id is present and send them a direct message through SocialBee?

No, not yet. The Engage features now only work to send @Mentions or DMs to the NEW followers.

You can, however create such a list, and create @Mentions for all via an Excel file that you can then upload via CSV and set to send such a 'shoutout' category every 10 minutes or so.

5- Will you prioritize AI features and make SB more intelligent and automated tool in 2018?

Seems these features are not prioritized or not clearly listed - may be to avoid getting your competitors alarmed?

Yes, but towards the 2nd half. And yes, we don't want to give away ALL our roadmap ;-)

6- Does SB have a Calender feature on which we can see what was posted and what has been scheduled?

Yes and no.
We have a calendar feature for the upcoming posts.
We also have a Post History feature that's shown as a list.
But indeed, we should merge the two to have them all in one calendar view.
I'll add this to our backlog, thanks ;-)

7- Do you plan to bring any LinkedIn automation features to SB? Obviously, LinkedIn isn't automation friendly, but there are many stable LinkedIn automation tools out there.

We don't want to do anything that sits outside the ToS of each platform - they kill you in the end anyway.
We do have a LinkedIn Growth + Drip offering as a Service, where our team will do it for you, via the LinkedIn account, but it's not something we actively promote right now.
