Refunding because of no support
I already have Tubics, and they seem very responsive and their tool works as it should.
With Socialbook Builder, only some of the features work. When I go to a random channel and hit the 'Social Book Builder' icon, it's supposed to show their stats, but instead it just shows a lab icon loading, and never does anything.
I was still willing to give it time, but I have reached out to them from their own site and have never received any response at all. First message was sent March 16, 2020 and the second one was sent April 13, 2020. It's now April 17, 2020 and I've still heard nothing back from them.
I have already bought 2 codes and was hoping to buy 2 more before the deal is pulled, but since it doesn't seem to work for many features AND they have completely ignored my messages to them through their own chat on their site, I'm just refunding the 2 codes I have and saving it for another deal that I just can't pass up.
Thanks for bringing this to AppSumo, even though I have been unable to find benefit with this tool. This is probably only the 5th time I've ever refunded anything since I signed up years ago, so I'm still proud to be a sumoling!

SocialBook builder gets super popular recently and our YouTube API quota is used up quickly. The team has been focusing on migrating some of the features away from APIs, and right now all features should be working fine now.
We recently also significantly improved our algorithms in the human background removing function in the thumbnail features. It is now one of the best on the market. You guys can also test it out here:
