Load times are unbearable + instant reddit ban
The product takes as much as 3-5 minutes to respond to certain requests. That load time is unacceptable. It needs to be faster. Specifically noted during support requests and attaching accounts.
Update: 3 uses of this product for 3 different clients got all 3 reddit accounts banned. NEVER use this product.

We are reviewing both flows to identify whether the delay comes from SocialBu, the social network authorization process, or a failed request that is not returning promptly. Please send us the approximate time, affected network, and the email on your SocialBu account via email [email protected] . That will let us trace the exact requests instead of giving you a generic troubleshooting response.
Thank you for reporting this. Regardless of where the delay originates, SocialBu should respond clearly and within a reasonable time rather than leaving the page loading for several minutes.
