Haven't logged into Social Insider for a while, as I buy tools for future use. Looks like this app is absolutely cooked. "Due to Facebook and Twitter rate limiting in the latest API updates you cannot add more profiles" yeah okay sure. - I have plenty of pages added already that have been in there for years, they are added inside the account but cant seem to collect any post data. - My only option is to upgrade to the Social Insider agency plan that costs $200 per month. LOL. So basically places just come on AppSumo and run a pump & dump scam. We give them our money & then lock us out of any and all account features? Cool bro. Do better.
I just logged into this today to check out some hashtags. It's been a while and I'm confused as to what this service actually does anymore? It gives me so little info I can't get anywhere else, there's no hashtag info to be found and no more reports. Too late for a refund? ;) But seriously...am I missing something or was it pretty much stripped of everything?
@Olman I just got this notification from Social Insider, please read the description of what's included on this deal and let us know how are you guys going to fix it. Thanks: "Hi, Starting from June the old reports will be gone. We replaced them with the new ones that will only be available with a subscription. We are sorry if this is not inline with your plans but we cannot afford the costs any longer. To sweeten the bad news we will offer access to the new reports for free for the month of May. Also, for the moment, our LTD users have access to buy the agency package at $69 discounted from $199."
They are no longer honoring this package effective this month. You can still access the data (for now) but they no longer allow this plan to download reports. However they will sell you the new plan, per month. Direct from Customer Support: "Hi, the old reports are being phased out because we will not be maintaining them any longer. The new reports that we have now are not available for ltd plans but are available to the ltd agency plan which costs $69/mo instead of $200/mo and gives all the features from the agency plan"
