They don't do what they promise
Very disappointed.
I purchased a lifetime deal since they said that was possible to monitor unlimited competitor.
I didn't trust them from the beginning, but I've realized that, for my business, 100 competitors were enough.
A few weeks ago I started to read on my dashboard, while adding new profile: "Due to Facebook and Twitter rate limiting in the latest API updates you cannot add more profiles"
The only time I've succeded to get in touch with the customer care they said that it was because I was monitoring too many profiles (but weren't them unlimited?).
Anyway, I've deleted more than a half of the saved profile and... nothing changed.
Still impossible talking to the customer care.
Even if I'am disposal to upgrade my plan, I do not have the pleasure to talk to anyone
