You think you already have all the social media management tool so you don’t need this one? That was exactly my first thought when I see Sociality. I have most if not all the social media management tools sold on Appsumo previously (Content Studio, Awario, Promo Republic, Social Insider, Quuu, Social Bee etc...) you name it!

But when I dive in a little deeper, I noticed that Sociality is not ‘just another social media management’ tool. It has what most other tools missed or intentionally left out.

Let me break it down below for you to understand better.

- publishing module just like Promo Republic/ Content Studio/ Social Bee
- competitor analysis a.k.a what Social Insider does
- monitoring mentions as per Awario
- a unified social inbox to engage with your audience across all your social media channels. This is the hole what I am talking about.

However, it is lack of the following and perhaps area for the founder to improve upon

- it doesn’t have evergreen content posting
- the Publishing tool is pretty basic & there’s no Content Discovery, RSS to pull in content or even CSV upload. So you literally have to compose your post one by one.
- lack of integrations with link shorteners like PixelMe or Replug

I hope to see Sociality having more integrations with tools like
- Quuu for auto-posting
- link shortener like Replug/ Pixelme, and
- getStencil, Relaythat, PromoRepublic and RSS to help with our content creation. This should be easier instead of developing your own feature which might result to a bloated platform.
