Since I don't have a lot of money, I am simply looking for a chatbot product that can help me answer basic questions when customers visit my fan page. So I bought the SocialNowa Chatbot product when I found it too cheap and had the word "Chatbot" in the name.

But when I bought the product for research, I was surprised because of the many great features that SocialNowa Chatbot brings.

Not only helps me manage the client list "SocialNowa Chatbot" also helps me coordinate activities through "Visual Flow Builder", sending messages to bulk customers with "Broadcasting". Generally works like CRM on facebook that other products are retailing for over 69 USD.

And there are many "Bot Templates" available that I can use right away and don't have to spend a lot of time tinkering with it.

I'm planning to buy an E-commerce store product so I can sell easily on Facebook and I came across a SocialNow Chatbot that also has the function to create an "E-commerce store", which is awesome. Similar products alone, you can see that they are also being sold for 199 USD.

In addition, there are "Search Tools" and "Interest Explorer" tools that help me improve the visibility of my store on Facebook. There are also many of these products that are sold separately for over 99 USD.

Just looking to buy the "Chatbot" function at a cheap and reasonable price, I was also provided with so many other great tools in the "SocialNowa Chatbot" product.

I think "SocialNowa Chatbot" should have a different name. For example, "Automation Facebook Business Sofware", to match the functions that the product brings.

And the price should also be adjusted higher, around 199 USD to better suit the great features of the product.
