first time using it I get an error trying to publish "Request-URI Too Long The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server. Additionally, a 414 Request-URI Too Long error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." Making this worse is, there's NO WAY to contact about bugs / errors. The "help portal" simple says "Unfortunately, there are no articles for your request. [link]Go to the home page " so I've had to use the contact us form to try and get this resolved 🤷 - my question is why isn't there a way, even a basic chat bot to log errors / contact support?

Is the limit 5k entries a month for EACH TYPE of contest ? Or 5k total shared entries for all contests? If you run 2 types of contests in one month, is it 5k for contest 1 and 5k for contest 2 or just 5k total for both ?
