I’ve had Sociamonials for 2 years now, primarily as a social media scheduling tool (not really campaigns/giveaways and the like).
Over all, I found it reliable enough. However, after trying out other tools, it can’t quite compete.
What I like about Sociamonials:
- Queues and reposting feature - Usually quick answers by support - Intuitive for beginners - Bulk Uploads (though you’ll have to host your files publically for it to work, which in my case came with additional expenses. It also doesn’t work for all kinds of posts apparently.)
What I’m not a fan of:
The biggest con I find is the queue size. It’s limited to 1500 posts, from what I understand and what customer support told me, no matter how many accounts you purchase.
My long-term hope was to be able to ‘set it and forget it’ – to plan out daily content for a few accounts for e.g. 3 months so they could run while I focus on the day to day. Obviously, that’s hard to do with such a limit if you want to post daily, much less for 30 or 60+ accounts. I'm aware that's a very specific need, but I was somewhat surprised by the limited queue size and wish that was communicated.
Love that there’s now (finally!!) a feature to post carousels to TikTok. Bulk upload of those is sadly not possible according to customer support. Again, with the queue limit I’d have to still jump onto Sociamonials all the time to upload them manually – and then I personally find it not that much of an improvement compared to the regular TikTok scheduler.
There’s no inbox to help you keep an eye on comments or messages.
Content doesn’t always post at the scheduled time (I have +10-15 minutes happening fairly often on some platforms. Not the end of the world for me but find it notable).
Would love to have new functions or general explanations laid out in blog posts and not only video format.
All in all I’d say it’s a good tool to get a feel for social media scheduling, because you’re not overwhelmed with functions and settings. For lifetime use, this is still a good deal. But if you’re looking for a tool that will let you schedule out regular content way in advance, I think there are better suited tools out there (at least currently).

Thank you for your review. We are trying to increase the Queue limit for you power users :-) I want to finish some database optimization priorities before we open that up. Note that even with 30 social network profiles on each post, you can still have 1,500 posts in the Queue at any one time which is more than enough for 99% of users. The TikTok CSV limitation is true, even for the new image...
Was initially a big fan and promoter of SociaMonials. Even helped in testing their new server setup when they had to switch due to a security breach in 2025. But SociaMonials first seem to struggle for month because security aspects were ignored for a long time already. Now it is visibly deteriorating. Scheduling became unreliable. Content disappeared. Promised features on the roadmap since 2023 and standard with competitor tools are cancelled, totally ignoring user feedback. Functionalities that were working perfectly fine in the staging environment and provided serious benefits were deactivated without giving a reason. Questions and discussions about these points are suppressed in their Facebook group for month. Support tends to finger point at users instead of admitting system errors. All was fine and promising, and it is unclear what causes the frustrations in their team.
Thinking about a fair rating but still giving a 2* as SociaMonials is a very basic Social Media Management Tool lacking sophisticated features of similar contenders and it is sometimes working as intended. Initially, there was a lot of potential and promises and the founder seemed engaged. Now you find more and more discussions online how all the shortcomings left users disgruntled and searching for alternatives. AppSumo had some new and more promising SMM tools recently. With the current attitude towards existing clients it will become increasingly difficult for SociaMonials to compete. At the moment the risk ratio with this LTD purchase seems unnecessarily high.

I want to set the record straight: the security breach was real. We took it seriously and responded with a $100,000+ overhaul of our entire infrastructure. We are now running on a completely new, stronger platform with top-tier security.
From Free Trial to Full Purchase: My Journey with a Promising Marketing Tool
I decided to try the free trial, and I'm happy to share that I ultimately purchased the tool! I have high hopes that it will surpass Hootsuite one day, and I have confidence in the team. As a digital marketing specialist, I believe it will be a valuable resource for me.

AMAZING platform, I could not have grown my online presence without this tool. THANK YOU. My first review on App Sumo :)
My first review.
The platform was moving to another server and I was disappointed, refunded and moved on. Tried other platforms, and did not like them, and came back to SociaMonials. Since then, it has been amazing.
PROS: -so many unique functions that just save soooo much time. Repost, ability to have different set of hashtags for different platform, the list just go on -amazing support staff, Im talking about above and beyond amazing -intuitive, easy. I have only just used their schedule function. Will try the campaing eventually so that will be exciting
CONS: -not that i can think off since the move to the new server.
Thank you so much SociaMonials. I will buy another 1 or 2 tiers as i want to want to grow other channels. Life saver. Thank you.

Yahoooo! So happy to hear that you've grown your following. Keep going, and don't skip the campaigns. It's easier than you think to set up and you can re-launch them for years to repeat the great results. It's a great way to grow your email list and boost referrals.
